Mike has extensive experience with consumer banking in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Central/South America. His strength is in working with companies to design and implement changes that capitalize on market opportunities, deliver high quality services, improve cost structures and enhance technology utilization. Mike’s background includes 10 years as an Industrial Engineer in the Food and Beverage industry, 5 years in banking operations (consumer banking) and over 16 years consulting/project management for financial services companies. He has led large scale reengineering projects, core banking system assessments and broad comparative benchmark studies.
